Feline Dermatitis My Cat Has Feline Dermatitis. Are There Any Lotions Or Salve Out There To Help Her?

My cat has feline dermatitis. Are there any lotions or salve out there to help her? - feline dermatitis

My cat is a Siamese mix. Last year was chewing it a bit. My husband shaved to go a good insight into the skin. It has a number of scabs that run along the spine. Most crusts form the basis for his tail. I did some research on feline dermatitis and said that most cases of dermatitis caused by fleas. I treat my three cats, with advantage, and they seem to have fleas. Are there any types of lotions to help discourage chewing and itching and heal itself?

Research that will be read, is wrong. What to eat? A pile of logs, Paris. Please inform yourself about nutrition. There I wrote that, while a

Diet, since there were so many bad things out there is very important for the health of your cat
In contrast to what you have heard, dry foods are not a big thing to feed a cat.
Please read the label and what they are feeding? What are the ingredients? You know what I mean? It is the first active ingredient a muscle meat like chicken or meal or other things?

Dry foods are the number-1-diabetes in cats, in addition to being an important factor for kidney disease, obesity, crystals, urinary tract infections, constipation and many other issues. Skates are particularly prone to clogging
Fodder. Food allergies are very common when feeding dry foods. Rash, scabs behind the tail and on the chin are all symptoms of the problems associated with dry food is that they are loaded with grains and carbohydrates that manyCan not handle cats (carnivores). (A large cat?)
A bigger problem is that it is dry and dehydrated, no matter how much your cat
Most of the water needs of a cat to be in the food industry. Buveur big cats are not by nature.
95% humidity is reached in the processing of dry food. Think about it.
Another thing, most use horrible ingredients and do not use a muscle meat as the main ingredient, which is based on the use of plant protein compared to animals. Not good for an animal to eat meat to survive must.

Would you consider a canned food without gravy (gravy = carbs), a muscle used as the first ingredient and no corn, at least in the first 3 ingredients in all cases.
THE BEST CAT FOOD not contain grain
Cats are not the consumers of meat or eating rice cereal
Fancy Feast is a medium, high quality food with 9lives, Friskies Whiskas cans and less on welfare and food Merrick high level of quality. I prefer to feed an average grade ACnned food then the top of the line dry food.
In addition, dry food has not been demonstrated, better for the teeth. A tough to brush their teeth or parts of it depend? http://www.felinefuture.com/nutrition/bp ...

Many Siamese are extremely sensitive to foods with corn. Is in some discomfort in the stomach, and skin. I would seriously consider pulling your diet * not * contain any corn - you have to go to a store for pets. In addition, includes most prescription diet your veterinarian is recommended. Flea bite dermatitis usually involves also the neck and ears, so I suspect a food allergy.

My dog has very dry skin, so I bought some salmon oil and put a squeeze Petco in your daily diet. Helps condition the skin and itching. I'm sure I could do it for cats also. Take a look at Petco, search Salmon

Have you stopped all this unnecessary and Internet searches to the mystery person led, as if by magic call to a vet!

When my cat was out of the dermatitis in the back and scratched his hair to the vet for a steroid to stop itching hit () and some medicines for infections. Then Neosporin ointment rubbed all the crusts and went.

Well, if I get it crusts see, I rubbed Neosporin on, and then sprayed with Bitter Apple. This prevents you from "dirty" with the crusts and allows them to heal.

If your cat has no fleas, then they may be allergic to something in the house ........ Dust, cleaners, detergents used to wash towels, etc. ... or even a food allergy!

Hope this helps ......... Good luck.
